Rooms Database - Room View

Smaller than some, but big enough for most. The person next door (in 4a) has an anoyingly large room in comparison, but you have style so that makes up for it.
Massive sink is a plus.
Kitchen shared with 4a is one of the biggest for this type of room.
Nice view of chapel court.
Carpetless which can sometimes mean you hear people above you walking across the room, if with shoes.
May look pretty bare at first so bring posters/rugs and stuff to liven it up a bit, though be warned you are not allowed to stick stuff to walls: you have to use picture hooks with the picture rail.
Bear in mind that you can move your furniture around (with some difficulty) to optimise space and comfort, I changed it all pretty radically when I got here.
Also, courtesy of my nagging, all the rooms on the staircase now have a ma-husive notice board.

All in all, pretty decent, and a relatively reasonable value for money, when considering those in sets who dont know what to do with all the extra space they are paying for but aren't using, though get ready to be green with envy for whoever gets 4b.
