A social space for undergraduates
The JCR is the name for the undergraduate common room. Recently refurbished, the JCR is equipped with lots of comfortable seating, a large HD TV (perfect for streaming sports) and advanced sound system - amongst plenty of other things!
Meetings, drop-ins, socials and more
The JCR is bookable for any JCSU affiliated society. Societies often use it for weekly meetings or socials. The JCSU welfare officers also use it as a location for their weekly drop-ins, where anyone is free to drop-in for a chat about absolutely anything.
